Current and New Students:
 

1. Fill out the Admission Form for the new school year.
2. Vaccination document updated is required.
3. Contact info: # phone, # cell phones, addresses, email addresses; to be contacted immediately if necessary.
4. Update the authorization form for withdrawal, transportation, and emergency contacts.
5. Update information about medication, illness, and medical record.
6. Payment of:

• Enrollment fee for school year 2023
• Arts or materials fee for school year 2023
• Books, digital platforms, and academic resources included in the school package.

7. To Sign the contract with the annual or monthly payment plan of your choice.
8. Acquire what is indicated in the materials list according to the grade to be entered.
9. Portable electronic device (we recommend Laptop or tablet with additional keyboard, NO cellphone) for

elementary grades (4th to 6th) and high school.
10. INS student insurance in the name of the student.
11. Open the WOOTIT communication platform account.
12. Get the complete uniform.
 

ONLY for New Students:
 

1. Birth Certificate or Passport of the student and their parents.
2. Bring 2 Passport size photos.
3. If the student attended an elementary or high school grade in the previous year: provide the transfer document from

the previous school and record of grades from the previous school year.
4. Letter of Conduct from the previous educational institution, if any.
